1. What Respectarium Is

Respectarium is a free, public observatory that tracks how AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) rank and recommend software brands across categories. Rankings, scores, and debate transcripts are generated by querying AI providers and publishing their responses.

2. AI-Generated Content

All rankings, scores, insights, and debate transcripts on Respectarium are generated by third-party AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Respectarium does not editorialize, manipulate, or manually adjust these outputs.

Important: AI-generated rankings are observational data, not endorsements. They reflect what AI systems recommend at the time of querying and may change between updates. Respectarium does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any ranking for any purpose.

3. No Account Required

Respectarium is free to use. No registration, login, or payment is required. We do not collect personal information beyond anonymous analytics (see Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You may freely:

• View, share, and link to any page on Respectarium
• Screenshot rankings for use in presentations, articles, or social media
• Reference Respectarium data with attribution (“Source: Respectarium, respectarium.com”)

You may not:

• Scrape or systematically download data for commercial redistribution
• Present Respectarium rankings as your own proprietary research
• Manipulate or misrepresent Respectarium data

5. Intellectual Property

The Respectarium name, logo, design, and site structure are the property of Respectarium. AI-generated content (rankings, debate transcripts) is published for public use with attribution.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on Respectarium belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Respectarium does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Respectarium queries ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). These are independent services. Respectarium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI provider. Their responses are published as received.

7. No Warranty

Respectarium is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that rankings are accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for any business decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

Respectarium shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on AI-generated rankings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Respectarium after changes constitutes acceptance.
